终止的声明

社会各界朋友：

我会与托克投资（中国）有限公司合作开展的托克集团2026碳中和林公益项目，因不可抗力无法按原计划落地。经我会与托克投资（中国）有限公司友好协商，双方达成一致，决定正式终止该项目。项目涉及资金将严格按照《慈善法》等法律法规及我会有关财务制度妥善处理。

Statement on the Termination of the Trafigura Group 2026 Carbon Neutral Forest Project

To Friends from All Sectors of Society:

The Trafigura Group 2026 Carbon Neutral Forest public welfare project, jointly undertaken by the China Green Carbon Foundation and Trafigura Investments (China) Co., Ltd., could not be implemented as originally planned due to force majeure. Following amicable consultations between the Foundation and Trafigura Investments (China) Co., Ltd., the two parties reached a mutual agreement to formally terminate the project. All project-related funds will be properly handled in strict accordance with the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the relevant financial rules of the Foundation.

This statement is hereby issued.
